Delivery
Cakes travel in a rigid box on a non-slip mat, in a car with the air conditioning set to 16 °C. In summer we deliver early in the morning or towards evening – whipped cream and thirty degrees are not friends.
Where we deliver
We deliver every day between 11:00 and 18:00; we agree the time when confirming your order. Outside Bratislava only by arrangement and only for larger orders – driving a single cake to Pezinok is not something we can do well.

Collection in person
Free, any time during opening hours – daily from 11:00 to 21:00. Your order is ready from the agreed time, chilled and boxed. If you are running late, give us a ring – we keep it in the chiller and it will be fine.

How we pack it
Pastries go into paper boxes with a rigid base, cakes into tall boxes on a gold board. Do not put the box in the boot next to your shopping – it will slide on the first corner. The best spot in a car is the floor behind the front seat, where it is flattest.
Looking after your cake
At home, put the cake in the fridge at 4 – 6 °C and leave it in its box – a fridge is full of smells and buttercream soaks them up like a sponge. Take it out half an hour before serving, so the cream does not slice like stone. Eat fruit and cream cakes within 48 hours; chocolate and walnut ones keep for three days. Avoid freezing if you can: on thawing, the cream weeps water and the sponge goes soggy.
