Flavour, size, inscription, decoration. If you are unsure, we will advise – we know what gets eaten at a wedding and what stays on the tray.
We send you a summary with the price. For orders above 100 € we ask for a 30 % deposit, payable by card, bank transfer or cash at the shop.
The day before your date. If something goes seriously wrong that day – and once a year it does – we call you immediately, not an hour before collection.
Collect it from us on the square, or we bring it to you. The balance is settled on handover – in cash, by card, or online in advance.
Minimum order 15,00 €
We take cash, cards and online payment in advance. For companies we issue an invoice with 14 days to pay – just send us your company number and billing address. You get a receipt with every order, whether you ask for one or not.
A standard order: 48 hours ahead. A custom cake with decoration: a week is safer. A wedding or an event of over 100 pieces: a month, more in summer. Fridays, Saturdays and the days before public holidays fill up first – a Saturday slot is usually gone by Wednesday.
You can change an order up to 48 hours before the date; after that the ingredients are bought and the sponge is usually already baked. You can cancel at any time; if you have paid a deposit and cancel less than 48 hours ahead, we keep it – it covers the ingredients and the time we had set aside for you.
For more than 100 canapé sweets, tartlets or sandwiches we need at least a week, and we would rather talk it through in person – the difference between one hundred and two hundred pieces is, for us, the difference between a normal day and a night in the kitchen. For corporate events we can also bring savoury platters and set everything out on site.
