Chestnut purée is folded into the cream cheese filling, giving it an earthy, nutty depth. Built on a biscuit base and topped with chestnut cream. A seasonal cake for the colder months.

We work with chestnuts in autumn and make the purée ourselves – shop-bought versions are usually oversweetened.
