Savoury scones with pork cracklings, made by hand.
Prosciutto, olives, walnuts and sprouts.
The platter is laid with thin slices of prosciutto, green and black olives, walnuts and fresh sprouts. The nuts and sprouts add the texture the meat alone lacks. Served with salad and fresh bread.

The prosciutto is laid in loose folds – pressed flat, it loses both aroma and looks.
