A vanilla shortcrust shell is filled with salted caramel and covered with white chocolate ganache. The salt in the caramel keeps the sweetness of the white chocolate in check. A small tartlet with a big flavour.

We use flaky sea salt in the caramel – it dissolves slowly and shows up only at the end of the bite.
