A vanilla shortcrust shell is filled with salted caramel and covered with white chocolate ganache. The salt keeps the sweetness of the white chocolate in check. One of the most requested tartlets at weddings.

We use flaky sea salt in the caramel – it dissolves slowly and only shows up at the end of the bite.
