We bake our brownie dense and fudgy, with a strong chocolate flavour. Tart forest berries and raspberries are added to the batter and cut through the sweetness of the chocolate. The result is rich but never heavy.

We use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, which is why the brownie tastes of chocolate rather than just sugar.
