The Dobos slice in banquet size: six thin sponge layers filled with whipped cocoa cream, topped with caramel and slightly bitter orange zest. The play of soft cream against hard caramel works just as well small.
Baked to order – please order 48 hours ahead.
The caramel is poured hot and cut at once – once set, it would crack in all the wrong places.
