We build our Dobos slices from six thin sponge layers filled with whipped cocoa cream. The top is glazed with caramel and finished with slightly bitter orange zest. The contrast between soft cream and hard caramel is what makes a Dobos a Dobos.
Baked to order – please order 48 hours ahead.
The caramel is poured hot and cut immediately – once it sets, it would crack in all the wrong places.
