The crisp shells are whipped from egg whites and walnuts. We fill them with a coffee-caramel cream and hide an extra layer of smooth caramel in the middle. Crisp outside, soft within.
Baked to order – please order 48 hours ahead.
The shells are dried in a low oven for hours – baked too fast, they would turn chewy.
