Panna cotta is an Italian cream dessert with a soft, gently wobbling texture. We flavour it with real vanilla and finish it with fresh fruit and fruit coulis. Served in a cup so it keeps its creaminess.

The trick is the amount of gelatine – just enough to make it wobble, never enough to make it stand like pudding.
