A soft red velvet sponge is layered with mascarpone cream and fresh raspberries for acidity. The cake is finished with chocolate glaze and fresh fruit. Every cake is decorated by hand, so each one is unique – we can add a name or a number on request. Size S, 18 cm across, 8-10 portions.
