A cocoa shortcrust shell filled with vegan coconut cream and covered in chocolate glaze. Pieces of coconut on top add texture. No dairy, no eggs, and nothing missing in flavour.

The cream is made from thick coconut cream, left to settle overnight so we can use only the fat that rises to the top.
